If you need to remove a webinar replay or the entire event from your dashboard, follow the steps and guidelines below. Deleting content is permanent, so it's important to understand the implications of each option.
Delete the replay/video only
Follow this step if you accidentally went live and want to remove the video associated with your upcoming event so you can go live again.
By default, when you choose to delete, only the replay/video will be removed. This means:
The event and registrant data (e.g., registration details, attendance logs) will be preserved.
The replay will no longer be available to you or your attendees.
You can still access and manage the event and its registration details.
To proceed:
Click Delete replay.
Confirm the action in the pop-up dialog
The replay/video has been deleted - you can live again using the studio
Deleting your entire event
If you'd prefer to remove everything—including the event and all associated data—you can check the box labeled:
[ ] Delete entire event instead
When this is selected:
The entire event will be deleted.
All access to the event, its replay, and data will be permanently removed.
You cannot recover this information after deletion.
💡 A tooltip will appear explaining: “This action deletes the entire event. You’ll no longer be able to access it.”
To delete the full event:
Tick the checkbox for Delete entire event instead.
Click Delete replay (the button label will change too and the action is now applied to the whole event).
Your entire event is now deleted
