You've lost the connection to the studio (or afraid of losing it)

It can happen that you lose your connection to Contrast Studio. This can be caused by several reasons, such as a network loss, an update on your computer or a problem with our video provider.

In any case, don't stress. We got you covered.

πŸ’‘ Tip: sit close to your router or use a cable to avoid network losses

The stream will remain live

πŸ”΄ The great news is that, as long there are people inside the studio, the stream will remain live.

πŸ”— This gives you the opportunity to reconnect by using the very same link that you've used before.

⏰ If you were the only or last person to be in the studio, the session will remain live for visitors for another 90 seconds, giving you the opportunity to reconnect.

How do you know whether the session is still live?

If a session is live, you'll see a tag indicating that the session is live. Also, the button will say 'End stream'.

If this is not the case, your session is no longer live. Going live again, will not work.

What if you really lost the livestream?

If you return to the studio and your session is no longer live, you unfortunately can't go live again.

The organizer typically has a backup-plan for situations like this, so it's best to contact them.
