Collecting questions before the webinar
Before the webinar starts, visitors can:
Submit their questions in advance
View other people's questions
All questions collected here are visible in the admin. This makes it easy to:
Understand what your audience is interested in.
Prepare your content and structure your webinar accordingly.
During the live webinar
Just before the webinar goes live, attendees will automatically land on the chat tab. This makes it easy for them to start engaging right away.
You can still:
Use the Q&A tab for structured questions.
Use the chat for general conversation and then mark relevant messages as questions, just like before.
Managing questions
You can continue to manage questions as you’re used to:
Mark chat messages from as questions.
Review all questions in the admin.
Use them to guide your live Q&A segment.
Q&A Settings
In the advanced settings of your webinar, you can apply the following settings:
Enable, or disable chat
Enable, or disable Q&A
Set Q&A to private, or public
HubSpot sync
All question data is synced back to HubSpot as usual. This means you can:
See which contacts asked which questions.
Use question data for follow-up, segmentation, and reporting.
