The most important question to ask yourself right now is:

  1. Can nobody hear me?

  2. Can only a few people not hear me?

Nobody can hear me

In this case, make sure that your microphone is plugged in and connected and that your browser has access to it.

Here's how to check that:

  1. If you're in Contrast Studio, click on the settings icon

  2. Go to the audio tab

  3. Check if your microphone appears in the list, if not follow this link

  4. If your microphone is on the list, turn off your cam now

  5. Now speak, you should see your avatar move on the sound wave

  6. If doesn't happen, follow the link in step 3

Only a few viewers can not hear me

It sometimes happen that one or a few viewers cannot hear you. This is most likely because they either:

  1. Have their sound turned down

  2. Or the browser has muted the webinar

The best way to solve this issue, is to tell people to unmute the webinar using the player controls on the webinar. This is what it looks like.

Unfortunately, the browser happens to mute the sound of a video in certain cases. We cannot control when this happens. You'll see the same thing happen when you for example scroll LinkedIn.
