FAQ

What file formats are accepted?

Common file formats accepted by browsers, most notably .mp4 and .webm

Can I test it before going live?

We always recommend you to test your event. It can happen that a file is corrupted, or incorrectly encoded.

To test your video, duplicate your event, and go live in that studio and play your video. Make sure to rewatch the on-demand video to ensure you're happy with the end result.

Is my video saved for future webinars?

No, videos are stored only in the webinar studio for that specific webinar.
