On every plan, including the free plan, you can invite up to 9 speakers to a Contrast webinar. Let's look at how you do this.

Webinar Studio

For every webinar you create, we create a unique studio link. With this link, you and your speakers will have access to the webinar studio for your event. From the studio, you can start and stop the event and of course engage with your audience.

In this article, we'll dive deeper into how the webinar studio works.

Invite speakers

If you're currently looking at the event you want to invite speakers to, simply click on the red share button in the top right corner. Now click on Studio.

You invite speakers by sending them the unique link to the studio.

From here, you have two unique links.

Admin invite link

This is the general link. You'll find it on the upcoming webinar cards as the Studio link. With this link, you have all permissions, including going live.

If you want to limit other speakers from starting and ending the event you can use the speaker link. You can only access this link from the studio, which is explained below.

Speaker invite link

If you want to invite speakers to your webinar without giving them access to the go live and end live buttons, you can use the speaker permissions link.

To grab this link, go inside the studio, now in the top left corner, click on the icon next to backstage. Now click on the speaker invite link and it'll be copied to your clipboard.

Invite speakers by giving them a unique link that prevents them from going live or ending the event

Always make sure that at least one person in the webinar has an Admin invite link so that you can start the event.

Is there not a speaker invite system?

No, we decided you know best how to communicate with your speaker. Whether that's email, LinkedIn or SMS. You simply send them the link and they have access.
