After you've shared the registration page with people, you're probably curious to understand if people are registering to your webinar. In this article, we'll look at how to do that.
How to check for registrations
Go to the webinar you want to check the registrations for. Now click on the Registrations
tab.
In here, you'll find all people that registered to your webinar. Along the registrants, you'll find the following properties:
Email captured on registration | |
Name | Name captured on registration |
Join date | Date when they registered to this webinar |
Member type | Returning indicates they watched one of your webinars before |
Attended | Whether they attended the event |
Views | Whether they attended the webinar when it was live or on replay |
UTMs | UTM sources learn more |
Custom questions | Custom questions that you set up learn more |
Filter your registrations
Search | Find someone by typing their name or email |
UTMs | Filter by UTM Source learn more |
Verified | Emails are automatically verified if they interact with one of the CTAs in the confirmation or reminder email. If people are not yet verified close to the start of your event, don't worry. It is often that people only interact with the last reminder email. |
