With the question queue you can easily manage and save incoming questions for the Q&A part of your webinar. In this article we show you how it works.
๐ก On Contrast, there is no separate menu for people to submit their questions to. Instead, we decided to centralize all interaction in the chat itself, which leads to higher engagement and more questions asked.
Add a question to the queue
Go to the chat and hover over a message. Here you'll see the bookmark icon. Click on it to add it to the question queue.

Messages that you've added will automatically appear in the Q&A tab, as you can see here.
Add a question on-stream
To create an engaging Q&A session, you can add a question on-stream. Here's what that looks like:
You can do this from both the chat itself, or by the question queue by simply clicking on the green plus-button.
